Steven Yablonski joined the FOX Weather team in September 2021 as a digital content producer.
After graduating in 2009, he began his career at WFSB in Hartford, Connecticut. While there, he received several Associated Press Awards and a New England Emmy nomination for covering stories such as Superstorm Sandy, the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School and the Boston Marathon bombing.
In 2014, Steven headed to Boston to WCVB and worked as a digital content producer.
He joined the team at WFXT (Boston 25 News) in 2017 as a digital content producer and social media manager.
While there, he received a regional and national Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Social Media for his work in alerting the public to mass evacuations during gas explosions that rocked the north shore of Massachusetts.
