Denver to Minneapolis under threat of severe storms on July 4th

After weeks of disorganized severe weather and heavy rain across much of the eastern half of the U.S., a more organized system is expected to sweep across the Plains and Midwest, putting the region at risk of seeing multiple days of severe thunderstorms this week.
