Back-to-back winter storms target millions across Midwest, New England with blizzard conditions, feet of snow

After a few days of spring-like temperatures, winter weather is expected to make a comeback as back-to-back storm systems are set to dump heavy snow across millions in the Northern Tier of the U.S. beginning Thursday.
