Storms pound East Coast stretching from Florida to Northeast as flash flood threat unfolds

Another round of storms capable of causing flash flooding is expected to impact major cities on the East Coast to start the workweek. While the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic will face the greatest risk for flash flooding, tropical moisture will also fuel heavy rain and a few strong storms from the Carolinas into Florida.
