Flash floods trigger water rescues in Missouri, Kansas as growing flood threat covers nearly 50M

Nearly 50 million people across parts of 20 states are under a mounting flash flood threat from the Upper Midwest through the Mid-Mississippi Valley and parts of the South, with more downpours expected Monday.
