🌊WIND AND WAVES WHIPPING: Waves as high as 12 feet are pounding parts of the New Jersey shore that were just rebuilt as a powerful nor'easter begins to develop. Coastal flooding and wind are expected to intensify through the week, before the storm emerges and strengthens by the weekend. FOX Weather Correspondent Katie Byrne has the conditions in Ocean City.
