Edouard continues to slam Texas with over 17 inches of rain reported

Tropical Depression Edouard continues to trek through Texas, bringing damaging winds of up to 90 mph and inches of rain to parts of the region. A Flash Flood Emergency was issued early Wednesday morning in some of the hardest-hit areas, where more than a foot of rain has fallen.
