Tropical Depression Edouard leaves more than 70,000 without power as system moves inland over Texas

Tropical Storm Edouard has weakened into a Tropical Depression as it moves over land in Texas. The storm caused 70 to 90 mph winds and left more than 70,000 people without power as of Wednesday morning.
