Winter storm dumps heavy snow on Texas Panhandle, Oklahoma, New Mexico after over a foot piles up in Colorado

A winter storm will track across the southern Plains on Sunday, dumping heavy snow across portions of the Texas Panhandle and New Mexico. An additional 6-12 inches of snow is possible in parts of the Texas Panhandle. Snow will also spread into portions of Oklahoma by Sunday night.
