Norbert remnants to briefly soak Hawaii with development near Mexico brewing in long-range forecasts
More tropical moisture is headed to Hawaii from the remnants of Tropical Depression Norbert as dry air brings a brief pause to a hyperactive Pacific hurricane season that's been supercharged by El Niño. However, long-range forecasts show that tropical development may be possibly closer to the Mexican coast some time over the next seven to 13 days.
