Tornado spotted in Louisiana during severe weather threat

LSM tracker Brian Emfinger is in Louisiana where a Tornado Watch is underway and a tornado was confirmed by the National Weather Service on the ground. He told FOX Weather the tornado was rain-wrapped and was nearly invisible.
