Weekend soaker drenching the South

Travelers in the Houston and Beaumont-Port Arthur areas could be waking up to flooded roads Saturday morning. In addition to the flood potential, a few severe storms, perhaps even containing weak tornadoes, are possible tonight along a warm front lifting north out of the Gulf of Mexico. The threat are will be confined to the coast from roughly the Corpus Christi area up toward Galveston, Texas.
