First fall nor'easter to bring soggy workweek before slamming East Coast this weekend

Days of gusty winds and rain are expected through the workweek for parts of the East Coast as a nor'easter develops. The storm is expected to emerge off the coast toward the end of the week and could bring high surf, strong winds, coastal flooding and severe beach erosion this weekend.
