Tropical Storm Andrea dissipates in Atlantic just 12 hours after formation
The first named storm of the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane was upon us as Tropical Storm Andrea formed in the north Atlantic on Tuesday. The naming came just four days after the average date of the first named storm. It's location is somewhat unusual for June as no other storms have formed as far north and east as Andrea. However as quickly as Andrea formed, it quickly dissipated into a remnant low late on Tuesday night.
