Nor'easter to bring final day of rain for millions as communities assess flood and beach damage

A lingering nor'easter will deliver a final round of rain along much of the Northeast after blasting the coast with 60 mph wind gusts over the weekend, toppling trees and power lines, as well as bringing significant flooding to some coastal communities.
