First responders race down Texas highway for flash flood rescues

FOX Weather Senior Correspondent Robert Ray captured first responders racing along a highway outside Uvalde, Texas on Wednesday. Some of the cars were seen pulling boats while helicopters flew overhead, heading to flash flood rescues.
