FOX Weather Meteorologist Kiyana Lewis is live on FOX Weather tracking radar across the country as winter's grip begins to break. On the West Coast, a cross country storm is beginning to take shape bringing rain and snow to California. Towards the Central Plains, showers have emerged over parts of the region, expanding into Tennessee. A quick-hit clipper is pushing east, targeting Upstate New York and New England.
