Severe storms threaten 32M+ I-95 corridor with flooding and damaging wind gusts

Severe storms are expected to rumble onto the East Coast beginning during the Thursday evening rush, placing more than 32 million people along the Interstate 95 corridor under a flash flood threat from southern Connecticut to Virginia, including the New York City, Philadelphia and Baltimore metro areas.
