More rain taking shape for Northern US with many areas already experiencing wettest year on record

Rain and storms pick up once again this afternoon in the Upper Midwest, kicking off a days-long threat that shifts east through midweek.  Accompanied by the storms are a flash flood and severe weather threat that starts in the Midwest and moves into the Northeast as the week progresses.
