Pacific traffic jam continues with Karina, Lowell and 2 disturbances right behind them
El Niño is showing off as the Pacific continues to be busy with tropical activity. Tropical Storm Karina is forecast to become a hurricane by this evening, with Tropical Storm Lowell expected to follow suit by Monday.
