Florida swamped by flooding with more rain headed for the Southeast

A flash flood threat is in place through Tuesday morning for Florida's Panhandle and Big Bend regions, as well as the Georgia and South Carolina coast. Slow-moving thunderstorms are expected throughout the day and could produce 2-3 inches of rain in as little as 30 minutes.
