Typhoon Dolphin weakens but still threatens China with strong winds and flooding

Typhoon Dolphin is weakening as it tracks across the western Pacific toward mainland China. The storm, which previously reached super typhoon strength with winds over 150 mph, is expected to bring tropical storm-force winds, storm surge and flooding risks as it approaches the coast.
