An area of low pressure is developing off the Southeastern coast of the U.S. Expecting to remain pretty far offshore, this system is unlikely to bring much rain, but gusty winds between 30-40 mph and high surf are a concern, especially along the vulnerable coast of the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
