Tropical Depression Two forms in the Gulf and is forecast to strengthen into Tropical Storm Bertha

Tropical Depression Two has formed in the eastern Gulf of America and is expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Bertha within the next day or so. The National Hurricane Center says the system continues to organize as rain bands develop and pressure slowly drops near its center.
