A break in the rain is allowing parts of New Jersey to dry out after deadly flooding Monday night. Storms are expected to return later this week. FOX Weather Meteorologist spoke with Sal Carrano, a board member for the Hope 4 Paws Human Society, who helped rescue all the animals from his flooded facility.
