Tropical Depression Two forms in the Gulf, with heavy downpours expected in the Southeast

Tropical Depression Two has officially formed in the Gulf of America right off the coast of Florida and is expected to bring heavy downpours to the Southeast. The storm — formerly known as Invest 91L — will move slowly to the north and north-west on the Southeast coastline.
