Flash flood threat persists in New England, targets Mid-Atlantic after inundating New York tri-state

Millions across New England, the Mid-Atlantic and parts of the Appalachians are under a flash flood threat Tuesday as a slow-moving front continues to sag south after inundating parts of New Jersey, southern New England and the New York City metro area on Monday.
