SportsWeather doesn’t compile data for games that are played in domes and all data is from the last 14 seasons.

GAME 1: Washington Football Team (2-4) at Green Bay Packers (5-1) - 1 p.m. Eastern on FOX

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has never lost to the Washington Football Team at Lambeau Field, and the weather suggests that won't change after their meeting on Sunday. Heading into late October, the game-time temperature will be a chilly one as it's forecast to be 46 degrees with winds blowing at 8 mph. Historically, in those conditions, the Packers are 23-7 and 83-44-1, respectively, while Washington struggles with records of 14-32 and 44-75-1, respectively. Even with a 0% chance of any precipitation, that doesn't seem to help Washington much, as they hold a record of 70-93-1 when playing in games with a 0% chance of precipitation. The Packers on the other hand continue with strong play, coming in with a 105-57-2 record.

PICK: SportsWeather.com gives the Packers the weather edge and predicts them to defeat Washington.

GAME 2: Atlanta Falcons (2-3) at Miami Dolphins (1-5) - 1 p.m. Eastern on FOX

Miami is coming into this game looking for a much-needed win as they've lost five in a row heading into Sunday. Of course in Miami, the weather will be nice, but there is a chance for some rain. It's forecast to be 87 degrees at the start of the game with a 53% chance of precipitation. When it's forecast to be 87 degrees, the Falcons are 6-13 and the Dolphins stand at 33-25. When there's a 53% chance of precipitation, Atlanta is 1-4, while Miami is 4-7. There will also be a slight breeze in the air as winds are expected at 9 mph. When the winds are blowing at 9 mph, historically, Atlanta is 13-15 and the Dolphins are one game over .500 with a 49-48 record.

PICK: SportsWeather.com gives the Falcons the weather edge and predicts them to defeat Miami.

GAME 3: Carolina Panthers (3-3) at New York Giants (1-5) - 1 p.m. Eastern on FOX

The weather won't have much of an impact on this game as both teams come into this matchup on losing streaks. In East Rutherford, New Jersey at game-time, it's forecast to be 60 degrees (Records - Giants: 38-47; Panthers: 49-48-1) with winds blowing at 2 mph (Records - Giants: 55-75; Panthers: 74-64-1) and a 0% chance of any precipitation (Records - Giants: 75-86; Panthers: 87-81-1). Not bad for a late October NFL game in New Jersey.

PICK: SportsWeather.com gives the Panthers a slight weather edge and predicts them to defeat New York.
