Sunday is World Emoji Day and Keith Broni from Emojipedia joins FOX Weather to let us know the "Most 2022 Emoji" and all the other fun weather emojis that people have been using this year.
It’s time to celebrate the icons we use daily to convey an emotion or as a type of shorthand in our text messages and social media posts.
World Emoji Day is Sunday. July 17 was chosen as the special day because it’s the same date shown on the calendar emoji.
To mark the special day, FOX Weather turned to the experts at Emojipedia, the world’s No. 1 emoji reference site, to figure out the most-used icons from the weather and nature category.

Keith Broni, editor-in-chief of Emojipedia, said he noticed a "strong theme of ‘rain or shine,’" when he dived into the data for 859 million tweets worldwide since the beginning of 2021.
