Unseasonably warm temperatures Sunday across central U.S.

Temperatures are forecasted to be upwards of 25 degrees above average in parts of the Central Plains, as well as the Upper Midwest.

Unseasonably warm weather continues Sunday across the central U.S.  

Temperatures are forecasted to be upwards of 25 degrees above average in parts of the Central Plains and the Upper Midwest. 

Southwesterly flow will bring in temperatures well above average, even breaking records in some cities. 

Highs in the Central Plains will be in the 70s and near 80s to end the weekend. 

Places like North Platte, Nebraska, and Denver, Colorado will see temperatures more than 20 degrees above normal.



In contrast, the low over the Southeast will keep temperatures 10 to 20 degrees below average, likewise, through Monday.
