LANDFALLING STORM 🌀: Tropical Storm Edouard has made landfall in Louisiana as the severe storm produces intense wind gusts and rain lashing along the Gulf Coast, as FOX Weather Meteorologist Britta Merwin reports amid the chaos in Texas.

Tropical Depression Edouard is bringing heavy rain and flooding to portions of the Upper Texas and Southwestern Louisiana as we head into Wednesday.

The National Weather Service said heavy rain is impacting parts of the Upper Texas coast through East-Central Texas and into Southwest Louisiana through Wednesday.
