Brisk temperatures for the CFP National Championship

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For two teams from the South, temperatures will be chilly for the College Football Playoff National Championship game Monday night.

No. 1 Alabama will take on No. 3 Georgia at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis at 8 p.m. ET.

Even though Lucas Oil has a retractable roof, the weather won’t have much of an impact.

Kickoff temperatures will be brisk, hovering right around the 20-degree mark.

With clear skies in the forecast, temperatures will continue to drop into the low teens by the end of the game.
