Franklin Fire continues burning out of control in Malibu

Firefighters in California are continuing their work to contain and extinguish the Franklin Fire that broke out in Malibu late Monday night. FOX 11 Los Angeles Reporter Mario Ramirez was in Malibu early Tuesday morning and spoke with a resident who said it was “shocking” when he walked outside his front door to see the mountain side on fire.
