Food pantry evolves into relief group following Hurricane Helene

Little Switzerland Relief evolved from a food pantry into a vital distribution hub following Hurricane Helene. The organization coordinates search and rescue efforts, manages volunteer work and facilitates the delivery of essential supplies, such as generators and campers, to families in need for affected communities in Mitchell, Yancey and Avery counties in North Carolina.
