Invest 95L could become Tropical Storm Helene off Southeast US coast early this week

Regardless of development, the system is likely to bring gusty winds, heavy rain, coastal flooding and dangerous beach conditions to portions of the Southeast and mid-Atlantic coasts over the next couple of days.
