Tropical Storm Watches issued as Potential Tropical Cyclone 5 targets Caribbean islands

The National Hurricane Center began issuing advisories for Potential Tropical Cyclone 5 as the system eyes the Caribbean islands. The system could strengthen into Tropical Storm Ernesto later this week.
