Houston remains under Flood Watch as South braces for more rounds of heavy rain, thunderstorms

More than 35 million people across a 1,000-mile stretch of the U.S. from Texas to the Carolinas are facing a renewed threat of flooding on Thursday, including in Houston where Flood Watches remain in effect.
