NHC monitoring disturbance in Atlantic Ocean

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a disturbance in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean. Environmental conditions are not expected to be conducive, but there is a slight possibility of tropical or subtropical development as the low moves northeastward through the weekend.
