Severe thunderstorms, torrential rain target tornado-ravaged Plains, Midwest

Another round of severe weather is targeting areas of the Plains and Midwest that were ravaged by deadly tornadoes last week. Severe thunderstorms will be capable of producing large hail, damaging wind gusts and possible tornadoes on Tuesday and Wednesday.
