Point State Park Fountain in Pittsburgh floods after recent rain

Due to constant rain, the area around the Point State Park Fountain in Pittsburgh, where three rivers (Ohio, Allegheny and Monongahela) meet, has flooded. The river rose from the ground and spilled into the fountain. People are no longer able to walk around the fountain along the riverside.
