Dallas area put in early severe weather risk zone for Monday's total solar eclipse

NOAA's Storm Prediction Center has placed much of the Red River Valley, including the Dallas area, in an early severe weather risk zone on Monday -- the same day millions will flock to the region to witness the total solar eclipse.
