Colorado officer recounts dramatic rescue as car teeters on edge of snowy drop

In Colorado, a heart-pounding rescue was captured on camera. First responders brought a mother and her 4-year-old to safety after their car became stuck on a retaining wall following a crash. The backside of the car was seen hovering off the ground, as the car came dangerously close to toppling down the icy embankment. Officer Carlos Castro with the Boulder Police Department was one of the responders who was first on the scene. He joins FOX Weather with the latest.
