Heavy rain to soak Florida as potential tropical threat brews for Gulf Coast

FOX Weather Correspondent Robert Ray is live in Orlando, Florida as a slow-moving system filled with tropical moisture gets set to roll over the Sunshine State. A Level 2 out of 4 flood threat has been posted for central and south Florida. This system has the potential to develop into a tropical cyclone as it moves into the Gulf Coast later this week.
