Atlantic Invest 96L could develop east of the Bahamas

According to the National Hurricane Center, environmental conditions are becoming less conducive for development, but a short-lived tropical depression or tropical storm could still form in the next day or so as the system moves west-northwestward to northwestward. If the system is found to have sustained winds of at least 39 mph, it will be named Tropical Storm Vince.
