Expansive flood threat targets the Southeast with rounds of rain slamming the same areas

The Southeast - particularly Florida - is bracing for more rain, flash flooding and potentially a coastal storm. A cold front will draw in tropical moisture, bringing up to a month’s worth of rain, providing much-needed drought relief, the FOX Forecast Center said.
