Researchers to help improve building codes using a powerful wind-wave storm simulator

In an effort to strengthen Florida's infrastructure, researchers at the Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science at the University of Miami have created a a powerful wind-wave storm simulator that can replicate hurricane-force winds. FOX Weather's Brandy Campbell reports.
