Tropical Storm Bret no longer forecast to become hurricane as it continues heading west across the Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Bret is no longer expected to become a hurricane as it continues heading west in the direction of the Caribbean and will instead remain a strong tropical storm over the next few days.
