Residents flee to higher ground as Typhoon Mawar inches closer to U.S. island territory of Guam

Evacuations have been ordered and residents have been told to seek shelter in reinforced concrete structures as Super Typhoon Mawar approaches the U.S. island territory of Guam in what will likely be the strongest storm to impact the region in more than 20 years.
