Eastern U.S. getting taste of spring after record-breaking cold

A spring tease is expected across the Eastern U.S. this week in advance of the midweek storm. Highs will soar 15-25 degrees above average across most of the Eastern U.S. This temperature whiplash will be most apparent in the Northeast, which is reeling from a bitter cold weekend where numerous record cold temperatures were shattered.
