The FOX Forecast Center is tracking a midweek storm that will increase the risk for flooding and severe storms Tuesday through Thursday across the Eastern U.S. Flooding is most likely to occur Tuesday night into Wednesday, focused across Eastern Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
