Rain, rumbles of thunder expected to develop across South this weekend

Light rain showers will develop Saturday from east Texas into the Lower Mississippi Valley ahead of a weak cold front. The rain is expected to become heavy at times Saturday night as a few thunderstorms develop ahead of the front.
