Late week storm system forecast to bring snow, rain and wind from Plains to Northeast

The FOX Forecast Center is tracking the next storm system expected to bring snow, rain and gusty winds from Oklahoma, across the Midwest and into the Northeast. FOX Weather Meteorologist Jason Frazer says it all kicks off with rain on Thursday but cold air will transition rain to snow in the Midwest.
