Flood watch issued for most of Oklahoma as severe storms are expected

As a result of picking up 2-6" of rain this past week which has saturated the soil, flood watches have been posted for much of Oklahoma and parts of Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. They are in effect through Friday morning.
